This afternoon Phoenix held their first face to face practice since the beginning of lockdown.
Some of had become a bit too used to Zoom practices from the comfort of our armchairs!
All precautions were taken to stick within the Covid guidance – sets of 6 became bubbles of 6, all equipped with Visors and with a few adjustments to our dances.
Our fabulous foreman, Sue, took us through Shepherds Hey, Saturday Night, The Bell, Black Joker, Bluebells of Scotland and Upton upon Severn Stick.
We were all a bit rusty but a great time was had by all!
We even had a special guest join us.And TWO birthday gift presentations for side members who have had ‘big’ birthdays recently.
