Finally, after all these months, Phoenix are back out and dancing. The Swanage Folk Festival was our first dance out since 2020 and we had an absolute whale of a time!

Phoenix turned out in force for the festival, even welcoming one of our new members into kit for the first time. A little rusty on some of our dances we still managed to give a great enthusiastic performance with lots of laughs along the way.

Saturday saw our youngest Phoenix Phollower joining his second Swanage procession at the ripe old age of 2 1/2.

Sunday ended with our now traditional dance in the sea. Always a lot of fun.

Overall a fantastic weekend! Thanks to everyone involved. It is good to be back!
